"Make yourself a priority once in a while. It's not selfish. It's necessary."
As quarantine stretches on and society slowly spirals into an increasingly workaholic culture, it's often a tedious task to take a step back and practice self love. Personally, even when the concept of self love has crossed my mind, it's felt like social media has portrayed self-care as something expensive, whether that be spending thousands of dollars on facials or booking a luxury vacation, and less as everyday activities.
However, self love should not come at the cost of thousands of dollars...here are thirty simple ways to benefit your wellbeing and show yourself love!
30 WAYS TO SHOW SELF LOVE
Read a book or a magazine in the sunlight. Spending some time to relax in natural light can definitely boost your mood!
Practice mindfulness through meditation or simply by taking a deep breath.
